How does Touchy handle privacy?
We designed Touchy with maximum privacy in mind from the very start. Unlike most AI platform, we decided to do the extra work and went with the secure and encrypted chats route. This means nobody but you can see your messages. Not us, not our moderators, nobody but you! We don't sell data and we don't collect any data to sell, our entire vision is fully supported by member subscriptions and Aura purchases.
What shows on my bank statement when subscribing?
Payments are completely discreet and will only show as "Azure LLC" in your bank card statements.
Can i subscribe discreetly?
Yes! While our regular payment process is discreet, with a vague bank statement label, some may prefer the bulletproof method: crypto. On the payment pop-up we even offers discounts when users select "Crypto" (the top/right menu option). Payments can be made using Bitcoin, ETH, BNB, or our upcoming Touchy Token, which offers additional benefits across the platform. Touchy Token coming soon!
How do i cancel my subscription?
Click the profile menu drop -> Edit Profile -> Subscription. This pop-up will allow you to manage your active or expiring subscription and see the details of it. Cancelling takes just a few seconds by clicking the checkbox and then the cancellation button.

Our advanced character generator may have a few features that may not be easily understood by complete newbies to AI. You can GREATLY speed up responses by upgrading to the Premium or Advanced Subscription Plan and further by choosing the the Elite subscription plan.
Can I import/export my conversations?
Yes you can do this by clicking the "Manage Chats" option in any character's menu drop (the icon to the right of character's name).

What are character skills?
Every Touchy character has skills such as searching the web, image generation, selfies, games, screen share, and knowledge scanning. You may enable and disable skills at any time with any character. Disabling skills enables slightly quicker response times from our characters.
How do i share my screen?
You can share your screen with any character by clicking the "Action" button near the character's name and selecting the action. This will allow you and the character to interaction and chat about what they see on your screen.
How do i do Phone Calls and Voice Replies?
You can share your screen with any character by clicking the "Action" button near the character's name and selecting the action. This will allow you and the character to interaction and chat about what they see on your screen.
Can I share images with my characters?
You can share your images by selecting the option under the "Action" button near the character's name or dragging and dropping the image into your chat input box.

We understand privacy and discretion so we build our platform with that in mind. All conversations are fully encrypted meaning you are the only person that can ever view your conversations. Not one at Touchy.ai can review your chats, they are yours and yours alone.
